Campaign reports

What each campaign achieved

A regular written account of how each campaign performed against what you expected. Each one closes with the changes we recommend, so the next campaign starts from what this one taught you.

What's in it

  • What the campaign cost
  • Who it reached and what they did
  • How the results compare with what you expected
  • What we recommend changing next time

How it's made

Each report comes from our analysis and insight work. We go through the campaign data channel by channel and audience by audience, find what drove the result and write it up in plain language. Results are set against the targets you agreed at the start, so the comparison is fair.

How you use it

Read it with your team before you plan the next campaign. Some reports will show a campaign that did not work. We say so plainly, because that is one of the most useful things a report can tell you.

Over a run of reports you can see which channels, messages and audiences keep paying off. That informs your commercial strategy and the budget conversations that go with it. Recommendations are specific: a channel to cut, an audience to test, a message to change.
