What your stakeholders told us
A record of what your leaders, staff and partners told us, organised by theme. It shows where views line up, where they clash and what people expect, so your strategy starts from an honest view of the people around you.
It comes from our stakeholder research: confidential interviews with leaders, staff, partners and others close to your organisation, and a workshop where one helps. We read across every conversation to find the themes, and we remove names and identifying detail from every quote.
Because no quote can be traced to the person who said it, you can share the report widely without breaking anyone's confidence.
It is a starting point for strategy. The tensions it names are among the first questions a strategy has to settle, and the expectations it records tell you what the people around you will judge you on.
Some of it will be uncomfortable to read. That is usually the part most worth acting on.
Tell us what you need to understand, and who you need to hear from.
