We are a Sanity Silver tier partner, and we usually build on Lucidity, our own enterprise Sanity starter kit. We design the content model from your content audit and from how your team publishes today, then configure the studio around it.
Content is migrated into the new model, so it is restructured on the way in. Moving it across unchanged would carry the old structure onto the new platform.
