How we work

Migration is where most of the risk sits, so we plan it from the start. The content model is agreed before anything moves, because content moved without a model ends up in the old structure on a new platform.

Redirects and tracking are planned early and checked before go-live. Integrations are built and tested against your real systems as soon as we have access.

What we need from you

  • Access to existing systems, analytics and content early in the project, well before migration
  • A named contact for each system we connect to
  • A willingness to retire content. The first time a page is cut, someone will push back, so we agree the rule for deciding in advance
