Deciding what to build next
We weigh what your users need against what your organisation needs and what you can realistically deliver, then agree the product's next steps. Every priority on the roadmap is a decision you have made and can explain.
Your users' needs, your organisation's goals for the product and what is realistic to deliver. We bring those together and agree what the product should do next.
The result is a product roadmap, set out as now, next and later. It leads on to experience design, where the next items are designed and tested with users.
We start from evidence: user research, the findings of any audits and the ideas that have come through ideation. Each candidate is weighed against the value it delivers and the effort it takes.
The hard part is saying no. Every request comes from someone with a good reason, and a roadmap that holds all of them decides nothing. We agree how priorities will be judged before we score anything.
