What it covers

A fact layer only stays useful if your team trusts it and keeps it current. Rollout covers:

  • Training for the people who use the facts and the people who maintain them
  • An agreed owner for each area of the fact layer
  • Simple routines for checking and updating facts
  • How a change to a fact is proposed and approved

How we work

We start with the owners named in the blueprint and work out what keeping their area current means week to week. We train people using your own facts. Then we set routines that fit how your team already works, so looking after the facts becomes a habit.

What we need from you

Launch is not the end, and this is where that shows. A fact layer drifts unless someone inside your organisation keeps it accurate. We need:

  • An owner for each area, with time set aside for it
  • A content owner who stays with it after we hand over
  • A sponsor who backs the routines when other work competes for time
  • The people who use the facts, available for training
