Nordoff & Robbins came to us with a clear vision: to create a digital platform that better communicated their purpose and repositioning.
After diving head first into stakeholder interviews and competitive research, we were able to establish Nordoff's key personas, and from there create wireframes that redefined their key audiences. Using the new brand identity developed by Pentagram together with the wealth of analysis we uncovered, we created truly impactful UI. Our goal was to increase awareness and appeal to a far wider audience; highlighting the life-changing benefits of music therapy.
User Interface Design
Alongside the website project, we also undertook a huge overhaul of the Nordoff & Robbins CRM. The aim was to streamline the systems and ensure all avenues were singing from the same hymn sheet, and set them up for success with any future growth activities.
