
The team at Cudoni came to Hex with the need to make it easier for people to use, and convert on their pre-loved resale platform.
The challenge was to balance the personal feel of a concierge-focussed seller service with an easy to explore, editorial, e-commerce area for buyers. Following stakeholder workshops and user experience strategy, we defined two clear routes for users to engage with the site; buying and selling.
Reviewing user data, we identified barriers to entry as well as key content required to educate users and encourage conversions and reduce drop off. The output is a simplified, intuitive flow, reflective of Cudoni’s ethos and style, that’s enjoyable and intuitive to navigate.
