After designing, building and implementing a new website, Hex Digital is able to provide ongoing support depending on the size of the project and the needs of the individual client.
Basic support (quick questions, technical difficulties with the Affino platform) are covered free for all our clients. A higher level of support is available on an ongoing basis, the details and cost of which will need to be defined in a Service Level Agreement between Hex Digital and the client.
