
Now, Mac crashes are rare, but they do occur. If anything, third party software may crash.
Once the flashbacks of Windows have subsided and you’ve recovered from the initial shock of a genuine problem occurring, you may need to close the culprit program that has stopped responding.
If you can’t access the Apple menu, then here’s a quick tip for all you mac users out there…
(So press the Apple Command Key, the Alt [options key] and the Escape key [top left] simultaneously*)
It is effectively the equivalent of hitting ‘Ctrl + Alt + Delete’ on a Windows machine and allows you to access the Force Quit Applications panel.

*Hint for computer novices: When executing keyboard shortcuts involving multiple keys, it’s worth holding down the first two keys one at a time then tapping the last key. If you try and press them all simultaneously in one go, you will probably miss one!
